Ackersand-Saas - 2018
The design of the new power line to cross the Saastal began in the late 1990s. The study of the new route was necessary in order to improve and enhance the electricity transport service of the region. Another important aspect for the choice of the route was that of the safety of the supports with regard to the avalanche issue, since the landslides of snow masses are well present in the impervious valley.
